Once upon a time there was a little thing called the Pandemic…
Due to social distancing restrictions during the summer of 2020 and 2021 we were unable to take on very much interior work. By a stroke of luck, we were itching to try our hands at some custom form-work and exterior finishes.
The lot itself had a significant grade from back to front, and access to the rear of the property was very limited. Luckily, the client hired an excellent local landscape design team who pulled together an outstanding plan. The result was a beautiful combination of industrial, brutalist features artfully complimented by soft and supple grasses and pollinator-friendly plants.
Who wouldn’t love to sip a chilled rosé in this beautiful setting?
